我本打算做亚马逊,没人指导,不懂英文,也不太了解亚马逊,上个月自己试着注册了亚马逊德国站:填写了相关资料,也绑定了VISA卡,因其它工作忙没怎么管它,前两天收到信用卡交易记录,也收到邮件提醒,查看了历史邮件,发现7月10日和8月7日都扣除了25的当地换算费用(两笔400多啊!),我也不知道是别人说的月租还是什么,感觉一头污水,火来了,就把卖家账户关闭了,绑定的信用卡也删除了,现在可以用会员名登录,后台进入不了,现在有两个问题请教一下:
1,扣的两笔费用能不能要求退回?如何找到客服入口;
2,卖家账户自己操作关闭了,信用卡绑定也删除了,要不要联系亚马逊客服彻底注销关闭?怎么联系到客服?后续下个月会不会再扣费用(我都打算去银行把信用卡注销掉不用了);
