英国买家收到货后,又被海关要求加付邮费,不知是什么原因?

I have just received a Custom charge for the last order I made. And it mentions that the sender didn't pay the full postage. Do you have an explanation, as this didn't happen with the last two orders?
他发我的邮件说是我没有付全邮费，导致他收到货后又要加付邮费，但是我发的是Ｅ邮宝，邮费已经在国内邮局付清了，不知这个是什么原因？
