我注册的是个人的，为什么要提供营业执照呢，

1.其他自注册卖家也有碰到相同情况，按照要求提供资料进行审核就好了，不难通过的。
2.提供信用卡地址账单或者使用有体现名字和地址的水电煤气账单替代也是可以的、营业执照等相关资料。
