我们一个listing今天突然在亚马逊查不到页面了,没有订单,没有buybox,连listing都看不到。没有给我们任何原因,开了好几个case才说是fba在reviewing中。 我看到大概一周前有收到亚马逊fba团队的邮件,是说有反应我们这个产品配件缺失或者条码不一致的问题,收到如下提示,估计这次就是这个原因导致的。 大家有没有收到类似邮件,是不是不论选择哪个都会被暂停销售,选哪个选项更好? Amazon

Dear Seller,We sample checked units from your FBA inventory and found that the units were missing the (此是配件名称) in the packaging. Since the units do not match with the detail page, we need you to review and choose one of the following options, within the next 48 hours, to correct this issue: 1. Create a removal order for your units and correct the labeling on your end: We will change the status of all units to Unfulfillable. This option will allow you to ship new units to the fulfillment center and start selling again as soon as the inventory is received. 2. Have Amazon relabel your units: During the time it takes us to relabel your inventory, your listing will remain suspended until all units have been relabeled to the correct ASIN. Please provide the correct ASIN and offer you wish to have the units relabeled under. If we don’t hear from you within the allotted time, we will change the status of all units to Unfulfillable.
