求大神指导--订单后台的 “购买配送”按钮，海外仓自发货可以用吗

我们美国海外仓自发货的。注意到在订单的那里有个 “购买配送”的按钮。
是通过在这里购买了配送快递，然后快递员到我们的指定仓库取件吗？是不是这么操作？
如果是这么操作，我们是新账号，有没有什么要求？

我觉得应该是你购买配送后，会生成一个已经支付的运单，然后要发给海外仓，海外仓打印已经支付好的运单，贴在产品上并拿到最近的物流的点发货。
