被VC篡改后...教您如何修改回来的？

黑五和网一这段时间本身做的好好的，突然在黑五前一天发现标题和五点描述这些被修改了，编辑权也无缘无故的没有了。


第一时间就开了case，需要提供带有UPC的产品图片、官网这些，提交上去了但是客服那边总是像踢皮球一样隔三差五的回复没过审核，以下就是回复的内容应该有很多人都一样：

I have checked the attachment and see that the requested change could not be validated with the proof.


Please note that the item is having retail contributions and that is the reason we need a valid proof to validate the changes that you have requested.


Before we can process your request, we need you to provide one of these valid forms of documentation:


- Manufacturer's or Publisher's (for books) website URL clearly showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- Manufacturer's catalog (Product User Manual), either scanned image of the physical catalog or PDF version showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- High-resolution product pictures, clearly showing the suggested changes, along with a visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.).
- A high-resolution photo of the item in its original packaging showing the product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.) code and the attribute or attributes that you need to change

尝试了很多次后发现最快恢复的方法就是给国外seller support 打电话修改
提前准备好产品原图 business websites等必要验证信息发给亚马逊
一个小时左右就恢复编辑权，这是最快速的方法。

根据卖家反馈：
1.需要提供的材料包括带EAN的包装图片、官网链接等。遇到这种情况的卖家需尽快开case，国外团队响应较慢，且即使开case成功也要几天之后才能修改过来；
2.或者先做好自己的品牌网站，然后不停地给网站链接，宣布所有权，同时网站一定要有UPC,网站文案、图片、UPC全部一致，如此一连3天就搞定了，编辑权回来了。

这已经是最快的方法了 要不然这样吧 我这里有个相关文档 不过有点长 方便的话您留个邮箱我发给你....

我碰到这个问题了，但是我没有官网，品牌也没有备案，请问这种情况怎么处理呢？

目前比较快捷的就这个方法了。
