发FBA货物丢失，提供的给亚马逊的发票通不过

求助，发FBA货物丢失，亚马逊说要提供原始发票。就提供了发送货物的发票过去。先P了一张今年日期的交过去，通过了。之后又交了一张也是P的今年日期的和一张去年日期的真原始发票。但奇怪的是亚马逊说后交的这两张无法验证，想问有知道是怎么回事的吗?

We were unable to valid the provided invoices.

Kinldy provide us with valid invoice for all units sent in your shipment.
The sales invoice for the units sent with this shipment. Kindly note that we do not accept Commercial/ Proforma invoice any documents that are in Excel, Word and Notepad or is a conversion of the same. Therefore, we request you to provide us the scanned copy of the original invoice in PDF format.

-A “Commercial Invoice” does not count as a valid proof of purchase due to commercial invoices are a document used in foreign trade. It is used as a customs declaration provided by the person or corporation that is exporting an item across international borders.

-A “Proforma Invoice” does not count as a valid proof of purchase due to they refer to units that are expected to be purchased in the future. Proforma invoices outline a potential future exchange, but do not document an actual purchase of goods. Since the transaction described in a proforma invoice is subject to change or may not even occur, we cannot accept proforma invoices as proof of ownership for inventory that is under investigation.

The proof of purchase must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include:

? Date of the purchase
? Product name of the missing items
? Quantity purchased
? Full name and address of invoice issuer
? Full name and address of purchaser

The purchase price is not required and may be obscured.

If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the packing slip, which must include:

? Date of delivery
? Product name of the missing items
? Quantity shipped

These documents must include the following information:
- The parties involved in the shipping transaction,
- The goods being transported,
- The country of manufacture,
- Company Name,
- Company stamp and
- Signature

如果是刚入仓，对不上是正常的，通常等个一两天等入仓上架完全完成了就会恢复正常。

如果到时候依旧对不上，可以在货件计划那申请货件调查，让亚马逊来核查。

亚马逊一般是14天以内处理，如果确定已签收，但是超过14天还没找到货件，会向你要求提供采购发票或者装箱单，会进行赔偿。
