美亚注册时，遇到审核

请问这个账户还有机会解冻吗？像第二个问题一般都该提供哪些材料才有可能会被认可？

谢谢创蓝大神，我提交的材料都是真实的，但还是被拒了。请问，我该提交什么资料亚马逊才会认可呢？非常感谢

这是亚马逊账号二审，不是说你提交了真实的材料就可以了，不仅要真实，还需要对得上亚马逊要求的。不对路的材料即使你是真实的都不管用，对得上的不一定真实也许都可以过得去。

以收到的邮件为准，如果确认无误的话，再提交试试。

我提交了信用卡账单.和营业执照.因为账号还没有上传listing.第三个文件我就没回复. 然后遇到和楼主一样的问题。

请问发送邮件给亚马逊是否需要回复模板之类的。
