我是这么跟亚马逊申诉的: Dear Amazon, Thank you for your time to read it. The customer inquired us about shipping time. She placed the order on August 14 and it's successfully delivered on Aug 29. It did arrive during the estimated delivery date. It's not delayed. When the customer requested the delivery time, we offer her a link to check. However, she misunderstood and took it as language barrier. We did reply the customer courteously and promptly. Please help us remove the negative feedback. Thanks and best regards
