创建头条搜索广告 自己品牌内的部分ASIN无法搜索到

创建品牌推广的时候，在新商品列表页面选择商品时，在自己品牌范围内用商品名称或者ASIN都无法搜到，在所有所有亚马逊商品下却可以搜索到，只是一部分产品这样，大部分都能在品牌范围和所有亚马逊商品里搜到。只是部分商品在自己品牌范围内无法搜到。大部分可以。 这是为何？@创蓝商务

还是没有，这是美国客服发给我的邮件。这是要我干嘛？确保产品在品牌旗舰店里？更新listing？

We have tried replicating the issue on our side, and we are facing the same issue.

We have contacted our internal team regarding the same and they have informed us that to add product store page and in order to view the same in sponsor brand product catalog while creating sponsor brand campaign, we request our seller to make sure that ASIN is present in the brand store. So that the products will be visible when the sellers use brand to search their product while creating sponsor brand campaign.

If the products are not added in the main store page then the system won't show the missing ASINs in the sponsor brand catalog. This is as per functionality applicable for all the sellers across the marketplace.

Hence to add ASIN to sponsor brand campaign we request you to make sure that the ASIN is present in the same brand store. If ASIN is already present in the brand store we would request you to update the listing on your side.

The reason I am suggesting you to update the listing with an intention to refresh the listings in the back end of our system. To update listing I would request you to follow below mentioned steps.

To make the update via feed, we recommend to request a Category Listings Report from our Seller Support team. When you get this report you will see it includes all of your listings data; to upload it, you can erase all values except SKU, brand, key attribute, item type keyword and Product Type, and upload it as PartialUpdate.

To make the update manually, you may go to Inventory > Manage Inventory, and clicking on the 'Edit' button. Once in the edit mode, you can add a space, a comma, a period, or any other small change, and click on 'Save and Finish'.

Once updated, it should take no more than 48 hours for the information to be propagated through our systems and your listings should be available for advertising. After updating the listing we would request you to wait for 48 hours.
