大神，帮想想办法，怎么投诉跟卖

我的产品被人跟卖，他发了FBA跟卖，对方是专业跟卖，晚上的时候还用另外一个账号自发货跟卖，我现在用了别人（简称甲）的品牌备案，甲有A 、B 两个品牌，甲自己用的B品牌，A的品牌给我用了，用A的品牌备案后，去投诉跟卖，结果被秒拒，希望大神帮我看看怎么弄
