注册店铺引发二审，提供了电费账单还是说资料不够是什么原因啊

求大神指导，这边自注册北美站，注册下来后就二审了，我提交了一份水电费的账单，但亚马逊还是发邮件过来表示资料不够，但也没明说要什么资料，也没说要干什么？我都着急死了T T

我都发了啊，但是亚马逊就发了条信息说我的资料不足够，我都不知道还要我提交什么。。。

亚马逊如果没有说要什么资料，您就发邮件问问，按照要求提交资料就行。

在重新提交计划和资料后，亚马逊回复了这个，是什么原因啊？无法过审了吗？

跟楼主一模一样的邮件，制定行动计划后也是这样回复，不知道店铺还有没有救，亚马逊什么原因也不说，加的群全部卡在二审这里，找的招商经理也不负责任，账号注册下来后，问的问题都不回复了

审核没有通过才会这样，您再提交下资料和计划再试着申诉试试
