刚注册就被暂停销售

4月9号注册的欧洲站不到10分钟就被暂停销售了（是德国发来的消息，但是其他站点也不能销售）说是要审核我的账户，点了重新激活也单独回了邮件，把身份证和营业执照也发了过去，但是一直没回复，也没有恢复销售权限。请问大家有遇到这种情况吗？应该怎么解决呢？

- Click on the "Request" button next to this email. These can be found in Seller Central's Notifications page in the Customer Satisfaction section (https://sellercentral-europe.ama ... e/perf-notification...).
- Send an e-mail to:verkaeufer-performance@amazon.de

Send any outstanding orders. If you have credit on your account, it will become available after all the costs for A to Z warranty claims or refunds have been deducted. This usually takes 90 days, but sometimes credit can be retained longer.
