关于CPC认证的问题

之前我们的一个产品要上传CPC认证，上传了之后，回复我们需要提供产品的图片，几次提供之后还是不对，是手机拍的上传的原图，回复我们的邮件总是这一个问题通不过，想问我们应该提供什么样的图片才是正确的
以下是邮件原文：
Please be informed that we will not be able to approve the reinstatement of ASINs until the required documentation for [US] has been reviewed and approved from Product Safety side.
Without the documents listed below, the ASIN(s) may not be reinstated for sale on the website.
Therefore, please reply to this case with following documents for review:
1. Please be informed that we can only accept genuine images. The images provided by you is not acceptable, since it is pasted and not affixed. The label/tag should be present inside the product or should be affixed to the product. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product clearly displaying:
i) Manufacturer name
ii) Manufacturer address
By applying to sell these products you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic and accurate. Note that Amazon may remove your selling privileges for failing to meet these requirements.
