英国被查税，资料怎么提交？

收到英国税局的查税邮件，要求提交相关资料：

We will need to see all information relating to your sales in the UK. This will include:
1. theVATaccount and any related working papers
2. import records, for example C79’s
3. Amazon reports of trading activity from the date you commenced trading to current date
4. Custom Transaction reports and VAT transaction reports
5. Amazon Summary Reports
6. All the information we requested above is required from the date you commenced trading
in the UK to current date
7. completion and return of the attached import questionnaire

有几个问题需要请教：

1. 之前走的都是报税渠道，无法提供C79文件，怎么解决。
2. 注册VAT之前的销售数据都得全部提交吗。
