In this regard, I suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps and resubmit the documents so that you may create a new account.
Please be informed that our review process is proprietary and all the documents will be reviewed by our team and they will reach out to you for further information.
Please understand that we being seller support associates, are not authorized to take action regarding the Seller Identity Verification. However, we have a Seller Identity Verification team, that may assist you better about this.

In order to contact the team, you need to have the following documents so the team can manually verify the details:
? For national ID cards, both sides of the card must be submitted in one digital file.
? Each document must be clearly readable in its entirety without any blurry information or camera flash reflections.
? The information you enter into the verification form (such as your ID number or name) must match the information on the documents you submit.
? If we ask you to provide a bank account or credit card statement, we are unable to accept screenshots. The digital statement file must include:
? The bank's name, logo, and address
? The account holder's name
? The date the statement was issued (must be issued in the past 90 days)
? We are currently unable to accept these documents for verification:
? Bank passbook (except in India and Japan)
? Utility bills (for example, electricity or natural gas bills)
? Business registration certificate
? Photo of a credit card
? MS Word file (file extension .doc or .docx)
We accept JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF, and Word documents. Do not include special characters in the file name (Examples: $, &, #).
Note: Your identity document must be in one of the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a copy of your passport or a notarized translation of your document into one of these languages.
