新注册的美国站账号无故被冻结，有没有人能帮我开个case联系下

5月16号我的美国站账号刚注册下来3天，18号登陆上去的时候就显示密码错误，更改了密码也没用。一直没收到亚马逊的任何邮件
我用了申诉的网站，也打电话给美国亚马逊，他们都只能帮忙递交信息给卖家支持。

求大神能帮我开个case问下吗。我一个新手已经没有任何办法了。

My friend's seller account can't log in, ask for help

1.His account is a new account that He just applied for a few days ago.
2.He is a novice seller.If there is any violation of the regulations, please accept his apology and he will correct it immediately!
