产品受到绩效通知说侵权被下架

今天有个产品被投诉，受到亚马逊的通知We are contacting you because we received a report of copyright infringement from the rights owner listed below. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to create listings or detail pages that infringe copyright.

商品政策知识产权原因是版权，CONTENT REMOVED是image。

这样只是图片侵权，还是外观专利侵权？
求解答！！
