邮件提到跟卖的问题，提交资料和POA进行申诉。17天内要发出去申诉信。

你的申诉还不行，需要提供产品真实性的证明，比如发票，这必须清楚的证明你的产品没有违反亚马逊listing规则；并把所有信息包括更加完善的POA以及文件还有受到影响的ASIN发到这个团队notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk。如果需要专业申诉可以加我。

也收到这样的邮件，怎么搞，求大神解决，会不会真的被冻结账号，侵权listing已经移除了

如果无法提供所诉资料，账号没有被冻结，只是listing被下架的话，建议不再申诉了。如果再被举报，举报次数过多会直接封店，所以建议删除此listing，保证账号不要再有违规操作，这样不会封店。

您这是被拒绝啦
但是这个问题是可以解决的，店铺是肯定能救回的
如果您自己这边申诉经验不太够的话
可以找服务商帮下忙或者咨询一下的

已经移除listing了，可是还是担心会被封店，他们的邮件中回复有17天时间申诉，十七天之后不知道会不会被封

这个申诉的话是对listing的申诉对吗，如果是listing的申诉，只要下架listing，后面不再违规，那就不会影响到店铺了

对，就是对listing申诉，就向他们提供的邮件发出一次申诉之后，他们才回复的17天申诉时间，现在账户没问题，listing也已经移除了，就是不知道会不会被封，也开了case问客服，客服说一般不会被封店，但是，也不能保证，具体的结果还要看侵权团队给的结果

嗯嗯，这个只要你后续没有违规操作的话，一般是不会影响到店铺的。
