二审提交资料后收到以下邮件

提交了账单后收到以下这个邮件，这是资料没过的意思@？这个行动计划我后台已经提交了呀和账单一起，为什么还要我提交？
另外这上面说把资料发到这里

您提交的二审的资料和行动计划没有通过，亚马逊才发了这封邮件过来，您再次提交账单和行动计划过去，行动计划写详细点，然后把后台的绩效截图也发过去，证明你这个是新店是符合亚马逊规则的，让他们帮忙开通销售权

应该在账号后台，就是亚马逊后台的邮箱 平常跟你发的邮件上也有的

非常感谢 那就是给我发审核邮件的邮箱，再问一个问题，为啥他发过来的链接点进去不能提交审核文件

有的邮件链接无法提供资料 需要发邮件把资料给后台
