今天收到专利侵权通知，LISTING被下架了。
我的问题如下:
1、一个LISTING有两个SKU,系统只下架了一个,另一个还活着,我是不是自己要关掉好些?还有库存,是不是还可以继续卖卖呀,能卖一点是一点.
2、经查，这个是美国的发明专利（实用新型专利），产品的某个结构设计涉嫌用了，我不懂技术，另供应商在售的这款产品也同样被下架了，供应商初步说这种设计全行业都在用，申诉可能也没有太大希望，我估计投诉者应该只是想要些专利费，因为他并不生产整个产品而只是某个部位的设计。亚马逊的邮件没有提供投诉人的联系方式。开CASE能得到投诉人的联系方式吗？
3、邮箱中提到如果我不回复提供相关证据，那个被关的LISTING就不能再用了，我如果不要这个LISTING了，是不是可以不回复了，应该不至于关店吧？
4、这个是收到亚马逊的邮件通知还有 【绩效--账户状况-知识产权投诉】有一个投诉，并未收到所谓的小红旗，这个和收小红旗有什么不同吗？
