产品标题关键词侵权被投诉，listing被下架

我们在四月份的时候已经注意到有关键词被注册了商标，我们第一时间就删除了父体的侵权词，但是很不幸的是系统没有更新变体的标题，导致我们昨天被投诉侵权。
我们也第一时间开了case，品牌团队已经帮我们在系统里删除了侵权词，请问我们的listing能拿回来吗？
