这里划几个小重点：1. 要用公司抬头的纸

2. 需要在公司抬头的纸上写授权 ， 也就是模板上面的“Authorization”

3. 文字部分用公司抬头的纸张打印，签字部分手写

4.签字用英文拼音就可以

5.进行扫描时候最好能扫描成原本的彩色
