昨天收到一封侵权投诉，没具体说是什么产品侵权。店铺目前所有操作正常，但是资金冻结，问了Amazon客服，邮件没有明确回复。请问各位大神要怎么解决， 百度查到很多关于KEITH律师投诉，如果和解需要支付冻结资金的一半。。。
