亚马逊发来邮件说图片侵权

大家好，我使用供应商拍的图片上传，卖了好几个月了，昨天收到绩效团队发来的邮件说图片侵权，但是没有留下版权所有者的联系方式，已经移除产品图片了，我怀疑是不是被人举报了，。
邮件具体内容如下：
我们删除了您的部分图片，因为我们收到了版权所有者的报告，说明他们可能侵犯版权所有者的版权。我们删除的图片位于此消息的底部。

为什么会这样？
列表中的一个或多个图像可能侵犯了他人的知识产权。

请问大家，这种情况该如何处理，是那原图直接找绩效团队证明清白吗？跪求大神解答，谢谢

图片侵权，目前店铺没事，还是把图片删除，不去申诉的好，如果申诉没过，可能还会封店

是的，邮件也没有留投诉人ID，如果投诉多了的话 ，亚马逊还是会关店的

现在图片已经被亚马逊系统删除了，listing前台不显示了，问题是投诉人不是图片版权方，他怎么投诉的，就因为它品牌备案了？还请多多指教，谢谢

有可能是去申请了外观专利，但是亚马逊也没留下投诉人信息，无法确认，所以这个还真不好说

我就纳闷了，这些图片好几个卖家都在用，都是供应商拍的图，别人都没事，咋就我被投诉了
