关于二审

个人申请的美国站，产品都还没上架过，月租美元39.9也是正常扣的，账户突然被冻结了，这是什么原因？我看论坛上说这是二审，后来我又把信用卡账单和个人身份证信息发过去，但现在都半个月过去了还没反应，求解!
收到如果下邮件：
