在我提供了所有资料，亚马逊回复说调查后的第14天，我收到了亚马逊的回复：联系了仓库，仓库说没有收到我的货物，然后还让我联系我的货代。原内容为：we sugegt you contact the carrier to confirm the status of your shipment appointment to the warehouse. If the shipment successfully delivered to the warehouse and still have discrepancies in the shipment, please feel free to contact us, thanks。
我实在不知道怎么办了。
难道真的只能认栽。
