新注册北美账号二审失败，该咋办？

我是新注册北美账号，收到二审邮件后，发了两封邮件到seller performance， 后台卖家支持开了case，也在seller performance 申诉了， 提交了POA， 但反馈的结果如下，二审失败了，也没讲具体原因。我提交的是真实资料，也有水电账单，失败的原因有可能是注册的时候信息填写不正确，如拼写，地址填写，一些选项勾选错误（注册之前没有认真研究每一个注册步骤）。 不知道这种情况是否还有救啊？错误的信息能修改么？下一步该如何操作？ 谢各大神指点！Hello Your Amazon selling account remains deactiVATed.
