各位同行，今早上我看到我的一个Listing被Review了，内容如下：

Item Under ReviewThis item is currently unavailable because customers have told us there may be something wrong with our inventory of the item, the way we are shipping it, or the way it's described here. (Thanks for the tip!)
We're working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

请问一下，这种情况，我该怎么做？

内容是说有客户对你的发货方式或者是产品详情有异议，是不是你没按照承诺的来啊？具体开个CASE追问下亚马逊看看。

你好，你的是3天回来了么？我今天也有一个这样了，很急，好像很少人碰到这样的，这样的能恢复吗？知道是什么原因的吗？希望能等到你的回复。谢谢！

通常有收到这个，一般是产品有问题才会的，退货多，评论差，不良率高等就会收到，当收到这样的邮件，我建议再跟卖一个，从新跟卖的SKU发货，之前的SKU不要了。有条件的话，建议重新上一个全新的Listing.
