账户卖违禁品被封，资金还能要回来吗？

今年五月初账户被封了，原因是卖违反亚马逊受限商品政策，申诉了没有成功。申诉后回复的邮件如下。
接着又问他们剩余资金什么时候打给我们，回复好像说是三个月后要审核再决定给不给，有可能永久保留资金。
现在三个月快到了不知到资金还能不能要回来？求大神解答，谢谢！

请问楼主资金有申诉回来了吗？我也是违禁品导致账号冻结，现在三个月过去了，钱还没有回来。
