前段时间收到一封notice-dispute@amazon.com发来的邮件，说是我们LISTING上的图片侵权，但是没有附投诉人的联系方式，也没说清楚是哪张图片侵权，当时这个LISTING仍然是可售状态，我们收到这个邮件以后立刻检查了我们的图片，这个LISTING的图片都是我们自己拍摄的，当时也不清楚到底是哪里侵权了，就回了一封邮件给亚马逊，把我们原始拍摄的图片和P图的图片都发到了对应的亚马逊邮箱，过了几天这个LISTING上的2张图片被系统自动删除了，后来我们仔细查看了这两张图片，发现这两张图片的背景是我们的供应商提供给我们的，背景里的产品图片是我们自己拍摄的，所以我们猜测可能是这两张背景图片侵权了，后来我们让我们的供应商提供给我们这两张背景图片的原图，他们说找不到了，只提供了P过的图片给我们，后来我们去网站上找这两张背景图，发现是一个同行在用，估计就是这同行投诉我们，但是我们找不到这个同行的联系方式，底下附上第一封亚马逊邮件Hello,

Have your listings been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include the following information:

在邮件里显示我们需要提供合法的文件证明这个图片是合法的，否则LISTING会被删除，而且有可能会被封店，这个现在我们需要怎么操作？
备注：这个背景图片是个很普通的背景图片，没有人，LOGO和有专利的人物和图片
