美国站商标备案

商标代理人收到了邮件，但是要需回复那些内容呢？
我是自己注册的，qq邮箱收到了亚马逊的邮件。邮箱回复了case id，商标名，还有验证码这三个内容。卖家后台也是同样回复的。
但一周了，亚马逊还是说他们在等待代理人的回复。

请问这个是什么原因呢？是哪里写错了吗？或者漏了什么内容？

有时候亚马逊处理速度较慢，并不是资料有问题，没出结果之前，先不用担心

现在品牌备案需要商标代理人回复亚马逊说确认收到验证码并把验证码给了商标所有人

25号又发了确认信息和验证码。但是case 还有一个周就关闭了。。怎么办？ case关闭的话，亚马逊还可以受理备案吗？

你好邮件内容是这样的：
Per your request, the following serves as confirmation that the Verification code provided below has been shared with the relevant applicant.Thank you for your assistance, and please feel free to contact me if any further information is need. 后面还加了case id，商标名和验证码。

请问是这样填写吗？
