日本账号二审回复，要求重新提供账单、营业执照

9月末注册账号马上就二审了，马上提交了资料，近期受到回复说我前面提供的资料不完整、不清晰要求重新提供账单和营业执照。我上次提交了：账单、营业执照、身份证，大部分是手机拍摄的，自认为比较清晰。
第一个问题，请问我这次该怎么做才能达到要求？有人建议是要扫描成PDF档。
另外，关于提交地址：
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us点进去并不是直接回复界面，而且我注册的是日本站，我应该在哪里回复？是否直接回复绩效团队邮件即可？

另外，此次提交文字叙述上有什么主意点吗？还是简单提供所要求的资料就行？
