9月末注册账号马上就二审了,马上提交了资料,近期受到回复说我前面提供的资料不完整、不清晰要求重新提供账单和营业执照。我上次提交了:账单、营业执照、身份证,大部分是手机拍摄的,自认为比较清晰。 第一个问题,请问我这次该怎么做才能达到要求?有人建议是要扫描成PDF档。 另外,关于提交地址: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us点进去并不是直接回复界面,而且我注册的是日本站,我应该在哪里回复?是否直接回复绩效团队邮件即可?
另外,此次提交文字叙述上有什么主意点吗?还是简单提供所要求的资料就行?
