1.八月底从招商经理那拿到的注册链接,注册完后两天左右后台提示要KYC审核,9月6号上传了所有资料以供审核,但是到现在一直还是在审核中,账号是不可售状态。问过卖家支持,都是说他们不清楚,要去联系审核团队。给审核团队发过邮件没回复。找过账号经理几次,都不回消息。。。。2. 祸不单行的是,10月3号账号被暂停了,收到这样一封邮件:

If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid forA-to-Zclaims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
Why is this happening? We need additional documentation to verify your identity. If you currently sell on Amazon , we need to verify a change to your payment methods. If you did not make this change, contact Seller Support.

邮件里只提及要提供“additional documentation”,但是并没有像二审那样详细列出需要的材料。于是我就把手头有的公司相关的材料再提供了一遍。到现在也没有收到亚马逊的任何邮件回复。
