各位大神帮忙看看我这种情况希望大吗？

本人8月份以个人身份注册了亚马逊专业卖家，已经扣了39.9美刀，但扣钱之后就二审了。
经过3个月的艰苦斗争，各种发邮件，开CASE，申诉，昨晚终于收到了回复，这是亚马逊对于我二审的第一次回复。

我现在想知道，如果我提供了更清晰的账单和营业执照，通过的概率大不大？比较我已经在二审上卡了三个月了。

还有个问题，就是我现在还没有注册公司，如果我现在才注册，有没有影响？

邮件如下：
