listing被禁售，英文case说是品牌错误
有遇到同样问题的么？怎么解决？

This is the follow up email regarding the FBA inventory for the ASIN: B07PR

Question: What about my FBA inventory?

Answer: I have checked and found that there are 5 available units in the FBA inventory for the ASIN: B07PR. In this case, kindly relist the ASIN: B07PR with the correct brand name.

Once you relist the ASIN: B07PR with the correct brand name, the listing will be active and the 5 units in the FBA will be added to your inventory and will be available for sale.

Question: Do you mean to delete all the non sellable lists?

Answer: For this ASIN: B07PRB, the listing will be sellable once you relist the ASIN with the correct brand name.

In case, if there is any listing with non-sellable units, kindly write back to us with the ASIN/FNSKU, we will surely chcek and help you further.

也不是侵权。没有收到任何侵权邮件。问了客服说是品牌问题但是没说明白。发了邮件给两个团队也没有回复。

开了英文case就没用。最后说转去Product-compliance@amazon.com这个团队让我等邮件。等不到。我直接就发了这个团队和绩效团队两封邮件了也没有回复。

遇到这样的情况，可先内部查询下是什么原因，找到根本原因之后再做处理，还有很多种方法可以处理

就是找不到问题所在啊。发了邮件也不和我说什么问题。
