跟卖被投诉商标产品被下架了，如何申诉。

情况是这样的，不小心删除了自己的产品，通过ASIN找回，结果ASIN复制错了,被投诉了才发现是别人的产品

发现投诉我的卖家是163邮箱，给他发过中文邮件并没有回复，可能觉得我恶意跟卖吧，看了下他的链接其实也是个不卖的产品几万的排名，然后看了下跟卖他产品的ASIN并没有出单。

没错这波操作很窒息，并且很亏，个人觉得这键盘得换一下 Ctrl + C 失灵了！

那么问题来了，这种情况会不会有什么影响，如果申诉，我想把知识产权的那个1去掉

先尽量去联系对方吧看能不能让对方撤诉一般侵权很难申诉的晓之以情动之以理

联系过了不回复我，因为商标侵权，我后续有查了他的品牌有注册，但是应该是没在亚马逊上备案

我现在主要想把账号状况那的知识产品的数量 1 去掉变成0
但是我觉得应该要那个卖家撤销才行，因为我这虽然不是故意的，实际上也是侵权了，申诉应该去除不了吧

一直搞不懂，我们用一张相似的图片都会被投诉侵权，关闭链接。别人抄袭我的标题、描述，盗用我的图片，投诉居然无效。被跟卖了去投诉也无效，尝试跟卖别人，立马就被投诉下架了……
都是有品牌备案的，Amazon 为什么这么双标？还是我们操作没做到位？

就是账户什么知识产权侵权那个显示感叹号1？那个即使对方撤诉了也还在的。我的至亲图片侵权，亚马逊直接把我图片修改了，但是可以正常销售，之后发邮件威胁投诉方，我说麻烦你撤销投诉，侵权已修改，如不撤销，我想你也不想互相争斗互搞吧，然后隔天亚马逊就发了邮件来说撤销了投诉，结果账户那还是会有多少次侵权的数量的。去不了

应该是有商标还没有备案，如何申诉呢？他说提供信息资料，我哪有啊
