无法发补货

不知道各位是否遇到过这样的情况，说是入库绩效问题暂时限制了发货，要解决了才给继续发。找了至少10个客服却都说没有任何问题。

此时无法创建入库计划
入库问题提醒 – 货件。因重复出现相同问题，导致您暂时无法处理货件。在检查和确认问题后，您才能恢复创建或修改货件的权限。


Your shipment plan cannot be created at this time.
Inbound Performance Alert – Shipment. Your shipment abilities have been temporarily suspended due to repeated problems. You can reinstate your ability to create or modify shipments only after reviewing and acknowledging the problem(s).
