listing is under review 的问题，急！！！

前几天收到亚马逊通知：Your listing is under review，
Hello,
In order to ensure the authenticity of items for sale on Amazon, we are reviewing your inventory for the ASIN listed below. Your listings are still active, but we would like to work with you to complete our review.

ASIN: xxxxxx
TITLE: xxxxxxxx

Within 7 days, please reply to this email with the following:

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, or we are unable to confirm the information you provide, we may remove your listings.

我没有增值税发票，所以提供了供应商盖章的收据，和供应商详细的联系方式以及名片。但是今天收到回复如下：

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactiVATe your listings at this time. We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier.

What happens now?Your listings for the below item(s) will remain inactive. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may deactivate your Amazon seller account.

亚马逊到底是要什么要的资料才能通过这个Listing审核？还有，这个审核一般是什么原因引发的？我看到最后一句话还说“如后期还有更多投诉，将要关闭账号！” 我的Listing也没有任何违规的迹象，这事有如此严重？？

有没有哪位老师有相关经验可以给予指点，感激不尽！谢谢！

其实我也知道正规的增值税发票是肯定可以的，但问题是我没有，现在也没法补开之前日期的发票了！所以不知道除此之外还有啥可行的方法？

我们之前遇到过，你很可能是被人投诉了。你可以kaicase问清楚，客服会告诉你，是被人投诉了的。
一定要机打票，而且补开的不行。我们补开的没通过。希望你不要乱提交，2次不通过就很难救回来了。你要是真没有，那p日期吧。

这个一般是验证产品真实性的审核，确实必须提交机打的增值税发票才可以过，如果开不了之前的发票，可以和供应商协商，写一份协议或者合同什么的，证明你们的发票是几个月或者半年一开这种形式的辅助证明文件。

感谢各位老师的帮忙，给大家报告一下最终结果：
由于没有发票，第一次提供了工厂机打的中文出库单加盖公章，不通过！
第二次提供了自己做的英文形式发票，A4纸打印出来加盖公章，通过了！
We reviewed the information you provided and decided that you may continue to offer these items on Amazon
但是，这里有个大大的但是--虽然邮件明确说你提交的资料OK了，可以继续销售！但是后台没有给开放listing重新上架的权限！我不断的发邮件追问，通过各种渠道找客服，最后得到的信息是：没办法，反正就是不能卖！也不知道原因！看看吧，就是这么无理！After further checking, I have confirmed that we are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. Due to this, you are unable to relist the listings. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time.
所以，这个listing我只能撤掉了！
我回顾了一下：这一次的审核很有可能是因为我去投诉一个客户的不公正差评Review而引发的，就是说：我本来想维护自己的正当权益，但是反过来被亚马逊审核，而且最终还不明不白的丢了个listing！
根据我这些年自己的经验，非常肯定的说：亚马逊那帮孙子有时候是瞎搞的！但权力在他们手里，一点办法也没有！因此给各位小卖家一个小建议：针对有时候碰到的差评啥的，只要不是伤筋动骨的，忍忍算了，去投诉搞事挺危险的，极有可能搞到自己头上！

对的，就像最近疫情产品一样，虽然有些是真的很离谱但是有些也是正常价格销售的，且国内也认可的。他就是要封你号，也没办法。
