内容是说，没有提供足够的证据证明你在英国的仓库中有存货，或者在不久的将来有此打算。所以拒绝了你的申请。如果你有发fba，可以把库存信息截图给他，或者其他相关能证明你有存货的资料

这个账号没有发过FBA ，目前由于没有UK vat number ,也不能发UK FBA 。是否可以先建一个入库计划（不发货），就表明了有这个打算，能否蒙混过关？
