遇到新问题了,旗舰店的产品被别人专利碰瓷下架,但是我的产品比他专利早在销售,对方专利在15年下来的,我13年就开始在卖这个产品,然后我截图了相关证据,但是亚马逊说还是不行。我想问下有没有遇到同类问题的,靠自己申诉能成吗?‘亚马逊回复如下’
