买家开了AZ 但是同意撤销 有没有怎么撤销的图解啊？

买家开了AZ 但是沟通之后同意撤销,但是买家不知道怎么撤销，给了买家一个步骤
You can withdraw your claim by following these steps:1. View the Order Summary in "Your Account" (http://www.amazon.com/your-account)
2.On the order summary page, click "Problem with this order?"
3.Click "Withdraw claim."
4.Follow the prompts to explain withdrawal, and click "Withdraw claim" to complete request.
但是买家说it did not work. When I went to that page it only showed that I had a return request and it did not show a claim. Do I have to file another claim and then cancel it?
请问：各位大神 有没有其他办法能指导买家撤销投诉的呢？最好是图解的。谢谢
