亚马逊payment account验证不过被停用了账号

各位大神们！今年一月份注册的账号昨天提交了信用卡账单和营业执照之后给了一个业绩通知，是这样的：
Dear Seller,

We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.

Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result ofA-to-ZGuarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.


请问该怎么解决？？ 信用卡是我本人的并且账单也是真的。给团队发了信还没有回复，大家有遇到的吗？？？

一般账单是真实的话，是可以通过的，建议找客服咨询一下具体是哪里出了问题
