收到变体使用政策警告(业绩通知有收到),但是帐号信息都是正常.需要联系绩效团队吗？

我今天有收到一封这样的邮件,说我滥用变体,但是后台账户状况正常,没有任何违反记录,请问这种情况还需要联系绩效团队么?
收到变体使用政策警告,但是帐号信息都是正常，是否需要再联系绩效团队？亚马逊邮件指出来那个变体跟父体,且那个变体我当时添加了其他的尺寸，自发货，已经停售一个月了。

需要申诉，检查你店铺内的变体产品是否有以上提及的违规现象，有就赶紧删除并说明是什么原因（对政策不懂）并表示绝不再犯，没有就说明所有变体都是合规，可提供其他卖家佐证......

这个需要写POA申诉的，网址就是提交的地方。申诉信主要写：造成违规变体的原因+采取的行动+解决措施，需要详细写清楚，让亚马逊看到你的诚意。
关于违规变体严不严重封不封店，主要看亚马逊心情。我们卖家能做的就是尽量满足亚马逊的需求。

先把重要的listing准备好发票，采购发票。没有的话先找专业的代开，然后以防申诉的时候亚马逊要你提供
