We have searched for : xxx@hot.mail in our database and were unable to find a Brand Registry account associated with this email address. Unfortunately, we can only add roles for accounts that have been registered in Brand Registry.

If the user already has a Seller account with Amazon, they can create a Brand Registry user account with the same credentials. Please direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.

They can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the following link:
https://brandservices.amazon.com

Steps:
1. Click on the ‘Eligibility Requirements’ button.
2. Under option ‘2’ (Sign into Amazon Brand Registry), click ’create one for free’.

Once the seller account is registered with Brand Registry, please ask the seller to follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Seller Central (using the same email/password log-in as the Brand Registry account)
2. Click Settings and choose Account Info
3. In the Business Information, click the option 'Your Merchant Token'
4. Enter the alphanumeric token provided

NOTE: Brand Registry does not allow multi-marketplace account access at this point and hence you are required to use a separate (new) email id to register in each of the different marketplaces to access Brand Registry
