账号真实性审核冻结， 有能申诉的服务商吗

美国站新账号，自建listing，通用产品，产品本身不涉及侵权。
FBA发货，刚出单，收到亚马逊邮件，账号因产品真实性审核被冻结“your account has been deactiVATed because you are offering items that may be inauthentic”.
要求提供发票和授权书，或者商标注册证明。
问题：发票可以提供，但是，品牌是上架商品时候临时填写的，只在美国商标局网站上查了下，我们使用的那个商标确实没有人注册。 所以，提供不了商标授权书或者商标注册证明。

已经申诉过，提交了发票+POA， 但是，亚马逊回复说 收到的信息不足以恢复账号，依然要求提交发票和授权书之类的。

这种情况，有人处理过类似的申诉吗？有的话，可以交流下吗？

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
