求助！！账号因滥用变体被冻结，写了两次申诉信亚马逊这样回复是什么意思？？

账号因为变体关系不符要求被冻结了。写了两次申诉信，亚马逊的回复都一样。第二次还是半个小时内回复，是不是有异常啊？而且回复中完全没有提出改进计划的意思，是不是确定申诉不回来？求大神指点
