来来回回十几封邮件没有通过类目审核,关于美国灯具类目审核问题

论坛的各位大佬，我们店铺想卖一款杀菌灯，创了貼子，说是要申请灯具类目审核。我们根据要求提供了发票，产品图，产品包装图，并且产品包装上显示了我们的品牌以及供应商地址和名称。来来回回可能有十来回了。但是就是通不过，最近来的邮件是这样的。
After a thorough review, we determined that the following details must be addressed before we can proceed:

- The images provided do not meet the labelling requirements, which state that the label must contain complete business name and address of the manufacturer or brand owner. Please provide images that meet this requirement.

Please note any digital manipulation is not acceptable.

这个labelling requirement是指要打印出来一张标签贴在包装或者产品上吗？我们只有包装上印刷了供应商的相关信息，这样是不是也行。求各位高手指点迷津，万分感谢呢。
