求助各前辈！销售权限被移除了，我该怎么处理下一步。

求助创蓝的前辈，新账号刚收到移除销售权限的邮件，看了下好像不是违反什么规定吧？ 需要我提供几样东西，但是我一个新账号还没销售，而且有的我也提供不出来。请教下坛子里的前辈，我该怎么去申述？ 先谢谢了！

以下是收到的邮件来自amazon。还有我点击appeal出现的界面，请看附件图片。
