关于品牌授权的问题。

我用品牌备案的账号给另外一个账号授权代理商角色。
case回复是这样的：

We have searched for [被授权邮箱地址] in our database and were unable to find a Brand Registry account associated with this email address. Unfortunately, we can only add roles for accounts that have been registered in Brand Registry. Direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.

You can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the link:xxxxxxxxxx

Steps:
1. Click ‘Eligibility Requirements’.
2. Under option ‘2 - Sign in to Amazon Brand Registry', click ’create one for free’.

Note: Brand Registry does not allow multi-marketplace account access at this point and hence you are required to use a separate (new) email address to register in each of the different marketplaces to access Brand Registry.

When you have completed these actions, open a new case and include all the information requested by visiting the Brand Registry Contact Us page:

Select 'Update your brand profile' and then select 'Update role for user account'.



这是什么情况，以前授权好像没这个问题，被授权的账号也要品牌备案才可以？

是因为你被授权的店铺 还没有创建品牌账号account（被授权和授权都需要开通创建品牌账号）

被授权亚马逊账号先到Brand Registry先注册登记（不需要进行下一步），然后授权方的亚马逊账号授权给被授权账号。

我也是出现这样的问题，开了三次case都是这样的回复，都不知道要怎么弄。蹲个回复。

新店铺（没有品牌的），要先创建品牌账号account，只要点几下就好了

点几下？？？为啥我这边还得填申请人全名等信息呢？到底要怎么弄啊？帮帮我。

这个不是要你注册品牌的，你要先建品牌店铺，之后安找你之前的操作授权就好了，还不会的话，你再回帖

这个要怎么操作：

想要成为“Brand_Representative”的话，需要让Brand Owner加入，方法如下：

在卖家后台进行Add a role的操作如下：

1.申请添加 BR role 的路径更新如下，进入以下链接：
